This Privacy Policy explains how Wed in Bali (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects the personal information you share when you use wedinbali.com or send us a wedding enquiry.
Information we collect
When you send an enquiry through our form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, where you are from, the type of event, your preferred date, estimated guest count, budget and any message you include. If you email or message us directly, we keep that correspondence so we can reply and plan with you.
Our enquiry form
The enquiry form on this site is our own. Submissions are sent to forms.techvando.org, a form service operated by Techvando on our behalf, which delivers your enquiry to us and stores it securely so we can respond. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam check that confirms the submission comes from a person rather than a bot. To run that check, Cloudflare processes limited technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange your consultation or quote.
- To plan and coordinate your wedding if you become a client.
- To communicate with you about your wedding and our services.
- To improve our website and services.
We only use your details to respond to you and to plan your wedding. We do not add you to mailing lists.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share necessary details with trusted venues and vendors solely to plan and deliver your wedding, and with the service providers who help us operate: Techvando, which runs our enquiry form, and Cloudflare, which hosts this website and provides the Turnstile anti-spam check. We may disclose information where required by law.
Cookies
We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Cloudflare may set cookies needed for security and performance as part of hosting the site and running the Turnstile check. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
International transfers
Our couples come from around the world and our team works from Bali, so your information may be processed outside your own country. Wherever it is handled, we apply the protections described in this policy.
Data retention & security
We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to your enquiry, plan your wedding and meet our legal obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@wedinbali.com and we will act on your request promptly.
