How We Work

Our Bali Wedding Planning Process

A clear, calm path from your first message to walking down the aisle. Here’s exactly how we turn your vision into a beautifully run Bali wedding — without the stress.

01

Share your wedding vision

It starts with a conversation. Tell us your preferred dates, guest count, budget and the feeling you want for the day. We listen first, ask the right questions, and get to know what matters most to you — no templates, no assumptions.

02

Choose a package or go custom

Based on your vision, we recommend the best-fit package or build a fully custom plan. You receive a clear, itemised quote so you understand exactly what you’re paying for, with honest guidance on where to invest and where to save.

03

Select venue & vendors

We shortlist venues that fit your style, guest count and budget — visiting them on your behalf — and curate a team of trusted vendors for catering, florals, photography, video, hair and makeup, entertainment and more. You approve; we book and manage.

04

Finalise styling, guest count & timeline

We lock in your design and styling, confirm final guest numbers, sort the legal or symbolic ceremony details, and build a detailed run-sheet. Guest logistics — accommodation, transfers and itineraries — are arranged so nothing is left to chance.

05

Arrive in Bali & celebrate

Arrive a few days early to settle in. On the day, our on-site coordination team runs everything to the run-sheet, managing every vendor and every moment, so you and your guests can simply be present and enjoy your wedding.

Planning Process FAQs

How does the Bali wedding planning process work?

It follows five clear stages: share your vision, choose a package or go custom, select venue and vendors, finalise styling and timeline, then arrive in Bali and celebrate. You work with one dedicated planner throughout, and we handle everything on the ground.

How long does the whole process take?

For a mid-to-large wedding we recommend 9–12 months, which gives the best choice of venue, vendors and dates. Smaller weddings and elopements can move much faster — sometimes a few months.

Do we have to visit Bali during planning?

No. Most couples plan entirely remotely. We conduct site visits, share photos and video, and manage every vendor on the ground, so you can plan with confidence from overseas.

How involved do we need to be?

As involved as you’d like. Some couples want to make every decision; others prefer to set the vision and let us run with it. We adapt to your style and keep you informed without overwhelming you.

What happens on the wedding day itself?

Our on-site coordination team manages the entire day to a detailed run-sheet — vendor arrivals, the ceremony, photos, the reception and the send-off — so you never have to think about logistics. You just enjoy it.
