These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Wed in Bali website at wedinbali.com. By using this site you agree to these terms. Our wedding planning services themselves are governed by a separate written service agreement provided to clients.

Use of this website

The content on this website is provided for general information about our Bali wedding planning services. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

Information & pricing

We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but content, including cost ranges, package details and availability, is provided as general guidance and may change without notice. All package prices on this site are indicative starting figures, shown as "from" amounts in US dollars, and the cost calculator produces estimates only. None of these figures constitutes a quote or a binding offer. Formal pricing is provided in a written, itemised quote prepared for your specific wedding.

Enquiries & consultations

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a consultation does not create a contract. A planning engagement begins only when a separate written service agreement is signed by both parties.

All content on this website, including text, design and branding, is the property of Wed in Bali unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Third-party services

This website is hosted on Cloudflare, and our enquiry form is delivered through forms.techvando.org, a form service operated by Techvando on our behalf with Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam protection. How these services handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. Where the site links to other websites, those sites are governed by their own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wed in Bali is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information provided on this website.
